My 7 year old son has complained of nightmares in the past....?

He has one dream in particular that is reaccuring, but yesterday we went to look at a house that my sister will possibly purchase, he because very upset saying that this house was in his dreams and that he has fallen from the upstairs loft into the living room below. He was very adamant that it was this house and not a similar one. Should I be concerned about this? Do you think it's possible that this is a premonition? I don't normally believe in this kindof thing but I've never seen him get so upset about something like this
