my 7 year old son got hit in the temple with a cricket bat at school. i got a phone call to come get him?

was told he had a good size egg there. so, i drove 45-an hour to the school through the rain and silly traffic. the driveway to the office was locked by a chain. a person was unlocking it. so when it was half done i drove through and parked near office. i went in and there was no son anywhere. i then ask office staff when he was and there reply was oh his goes back to class it was an accident. i then went to the class to get him and then went back to the office to complain about the office staff making it sound so bad i had to come straight away and then get treated like that when i arrived grrr what do i do about this???

If your not happy with the school, how about you raise your concerns at the time rather than coming on here with stupid questions!
