my 7 month old boxer wont eat or drink! what should i do?

my wife and i got to boxer pups in augest from two different breeders, the female boxer has not eaten in three days and drank anything in two days. she does get up and move, but not her normal self. i dont think its parvo cause the other dog has nothing wrong with him. did call a vet and he said it might be an upset stomach. but if so how long will it last since she will eat or drink again? we dont have the money to take her to a vet at this time. what can i do to try to get her to eat and drink?
 
Usually the aspca will help people get animal care who are tight on money. But that being said, I hope this is just for the moment and not for a long period of time, because you should not be getting dogs if you can't afford proper care for when they need it. She might have kennel cough or something else she might have caught while with the litter.... I would call the aspca and see if they can look at your dog, because she might need to go on IV fluid so she can get nutrients. puppies have a fradgile system. I wouldn't pospone it any longer because 3 days of not eating for a puppy is hazardous. you can even ask teh vet if you can make small payments each month...
