My 60" Philips HDTV all of a sudden won't turn on. The outlet is fine, changed the batteries in the remote.?

I have no idea what happened. The tv was off for no more than an hour. Was working perfect before that.
Thank you for your answer. I googled my problem. I unplugged my tv for about 30 minutes and it turned right back on.
