i was in a car accident with my 4 children and my fiancee. my kids range from 8 months to 6 years. the suv backed into us in a parking lot and really scared my 6 year old. i filed a claim for the damage but how do i know if they will pay for my daughter being traumatized? alo my infant is now scared to ride in the car... what should i do?
