Hey I've just decided to completely clean out all of my health problems, in 30 days, so please read through this and answer my few questions I might ask. And I will go to the doctor if needed.
The stuff I'm going to fix:
1)I'll be removing the white stuff on my nails
2)I'll be removing all the small red pimple stuff on my face
3) (I'm not fat) but I will completely stop eating candy because I think I'm just getting a tiny bit fat, and I'll try to get completely back to normal.
4)I'll be removing the white stuff on my tongue (or sometimes yellow)
5)I'll be removing the red and yellow color on my glens or glans.
6)I'll be making my teeth completely white and clean
7) I'll remove my bad breath (If I have bad breath)
I will look up everything on google but I also want answers from you.
If you've got anything to add to the stuff below then please post:
1) well I will remove the white stains by taking all kinds of vitamins and such and just eating healthier.
2)I'll be removing the tiny red dots on my face by using "Tea Tree Oil, On the spot stick, kills spot causing bacteria" It most surtenly burns and stings when using so it must work.
3) I will eat healthier food and go to the gym a few times if needed, I'm not fat so I don't really need to, I just don't want to get fat
4) I haven't done much research on this but I will brush more, and brush my tongue and scrape it to remove all dead stuff and such, feel free to add more in
5)my penis is a problem, it's dirty because I didn't clean it well enough when I was 13 (now I'm 14) My glens is red and yellow in some places and I've been told that that is just some smegma and such and I should take a bath regularly, and the red stuff might be irretation and I should just not use soap and some said it's happened to them, so I will shower once daily, and I will clean my penis
6) I haven't been active enough brushing my teeth so they are a little more sensitive to cold, I will start brushing twice or more a day, and when I go to the dentist she might fix the teeth that needs fixing
7) I will remove my bad breath by brushing many times a day, and maybe taking some mouthwash and such, and I will see if that will do, if not then I will do more research and maybe use mints and such
if something better or something else can be done for the above then please post.
This is how I will make myself feel healthier, because I don't feel healthy at all right now, of course I am starting to be with girls and I don't want to have bad breath/dirty teeth/and a dirty tongue.
Also my penis glans looks horrible.
After my 30 day challenge I will be much cleaner, I'll be a perfect kid, so then I will go into another section of problems like STI, I will go to the doctor early so I can stop remove anything I have if possible because of course there is a chance that I have something, after this I will feel much better about myself.
And if possible I will change this into a 15 day challenge.
8) o and of course, I always forget to shave, I'm starting to get a beard but I don't want one so I will shave every other day, I don't need to shave every day yet.
So please help me with anything I might need help with.
Also, by eating healthy food I hope I can reduce my chance of getting stuff like cancer. I will do more research on that too see what I should eat, I'm used to eating healthy stuff but just lately I've been horrible at it.
And I forgot another thing, I will remove all the bad smell on my body (which is not much because I'm firstly not fat) but I will remove that by taking a shower daily.
so how do you like my 30/15 day challenge, and why don't you make your own, well I'm 14 so I need to do this because I'm of course not used to taking a shower daily and such, so maybe you don't need your challenge but I need my challenge.
I will be updating this, and I will post this in a number of forums, not just here, I'm posting this because if you've got any better solution that I could use to fix my solution then I would love to hear it.
EDIT: my cheeks are also always a little red I think, do you know how to fix that, it's not the little red dots, those are mostly on my nose, but it's like I'm always embarrassed or something so I might want to remove this color on my cheeks if possible, do you know how?
