My 3 year old has been complaining of being sick with a tummy ache off and on.?

This has been going on for over a week. He has no symptoms of being sick. He seems absolutely fine most of the day, but maybe 4 or 5 times throughout the day he says, "I'm sick, my tummy hurts". Has anyone experienced this and know what's going on?
 
He may just have gas. More in likely if he's fine and shows no sign of any symptoms he's not sick. He probably got hold of something that made his tummy upset while you weren't looking, or he ate to much, or he is just being a little poot and trying to trick you. More in likely he's fine haha. My daughter does that sometimes too. She's about to turn 3 next month!
 
Sometimes little children have a tendecy to say they don't feel good when they don't want to do something or just want TLC.

When I was little, I had stomach aches ALL the time. I would be fine one minute, then in pain the next. I had to go in for some testing, but before any results came back, the pain went away. It could be as the person before me suggested, however I would still get it checked out, just in case he really is in pain.
