My 2G iPhone dropped in water?

It turns on and everything. The screen is on but when I try to slide the bar across the screen to unlock it nothing happens. The screen doesn't respond to touch..Is there a way I can fix it? Do I need to get a new screen or new LCD thing? Or a new phone completely? Help me please!!!!!~
