My 2007 Toyota Yaris struggles to turn on when its cold or when its raining, anybody

your car is still under warranty! take it to the dealer and let one of us see what's going on.
 
know why? ? Lately my car has been struggling to turn on when its cold or if it rains. Someone told me it could be the type of oil im using ( but I always take it to the dealership for oil change) or it could be i need a new battery.I dont understand why, my car only has about 30,000 miles and i always take it in for its regular maint.
