My 2007 Toyota Hilux D4d now very worse failing even to start with the key?

Firstly it was the engine light and cutting off revs at speeds less than 2000rpm,then hard starting with black smoke and knocking sound now starting only with a push not with the ignition key.I have changed the pump,injectors,injector module,common rail pressure switch and some few sensors around the intake manifold.Checked the turbo it is ok NOW WHAT NEXT.All this iwas with Toyota but it seems they can not find the solution PLEASE HELP ME iam still paying for this car but NOT at all enjoying it
