2003 Ford Taurus wont start. My wife had it towed home in the rain after it died on her in the middle of and intersection. It has been making a squeeling noise liken coming from a pully or something then stall. Now wont start at all, any ideas? Thank you
The serpentine belt drives the alternator, power steering pump, and AC compressor. One of those parts, or one of the tensioners has likely seized. When you try to start it, does it at least crank, or is there nothing there at all?
