My 2003 chevy cavalier has a strange vibration?

My 2003 chevy cavalier has 98,000 miles. Suddenly this week I noticed a strange vibration, which i can feel through the steering wheel and gas petal. It only starts happening when I go over 60, and seems to come from the engine. I know this is very vague, but I'm a little worried since it just started happening all of a sudden. Any ideas what I should check for the problem?
 
have the tires balanced. if it only happens between 50 - 60 mph. if it was in engine you would feel it any time the engine runs.
