my 2002 Pontiac sunfire 2.2 won't start?

i recently had the head and gaskets replaced along with the timing chain and fuel pump but it just turns over, it gets fire and gas but still acts like its out of timing ive tore it down 3 times now an the timing doesn't seem to be out so anyone have any ideas

you checked distributor cap and rotor arms? what about plugs?
All pressures ok at startup?

Check spark, fuel and timing, if they are good then I might suggest a compression test but let the auto shop do that.
