My 2002 Kawasaki mean streak 1500 has a noise that sounds like piston slap?

sounds like it is comming from the lower end and the sound doesnt change with rpms does any one know what this might be i don't seem to get any real answers from the dealers mechanic and it just isn;t right Please suggestions help?

I'd have to hear the noise to give a definitive answer.
Collapsed valve adjuster.
Oil pump.
Worn clutch basket.
