My 2002 ford focus SE is vibrating?

I noticed for the last couple of months that my automatic ford focus is vibrating a lot and when i turn it on it makes this screeching noise. I dont know if its a big or small problem.
 
generally its a tire thing. dose it vibrate at all speeds. is it the steering wheel shaking. A tire can be separated or they need to be rotated. take it to a tire shop to see if a tire is going bad. it could be come a big problem if so.
 
a screeching noise means that your Serpentine belt is to tight or to lose it is probably to lose in your case dew to it stretching due to where
