*The heat worked on 2 speeds, then quit working all together. Along with the defrost. I was told its the blower that is out.. expensive??
*The thermostat has not worked in over a year. (I am clueless when it comes to cars, as you can see..) What is that and how much is it to replace??
*The drivers side window nolonger works. Easy fix??
*The brakes last maybe 3 months before going bad.. I have replaced them countless times.

I need to sell asap but I want to get what I can fixed before hand.

1 I would sell it for what you can as is rather than invest in the repairs and loose the money. the heater blower may be bad but it might be the reostat switch that controls the various speeds. this device is screwed into the air box under the dash and is the most common cause of the lost speeds, though a bad motor can overload that part and cause it to fail as well. the thermostat would be causing either overheating quickly if frozen closed or the engine would run very cold for quit a while till it warmed up then likely run very hot. drivers window could be a cheep switch replacement or a high dollar regulator replacent.
the brake question has me curious 3 monthes is rediculous! 6 mths would be the least I would expect out of a city driven speeder! cop cars last longer than that. contact me if you want to discuss the brakes further

not the blower its the switch...[the speed going out is the hint].replaced brakes countless times? i change mine every 40 to 60K...window,,go get it checked...may be loose wire/bad switch.... if thermostat hasn't worked you have no heat and probably cooked the engine so no need to fix the other problems good luck
