My 2001 Honda Civic LX is veering to the right... any ideas?

Just got an alignment + 4 new ties + lower TC arms (front) replaced. Tire pressure is even at 35 in each tire. As soon as I let go of the steering wheel it veers to the right pretty badly. I have tested it on a road that was slanted to the left, but when I let go of the wheel it still veered right... It didn't use to do this. Any ideas?
