My 2001 Ford Windstar SEL needs a jump start every time, need HELP!?

I had a diagnostic ran & everything checked out good but it still needs a jump start every time I try to start it. The battery is good & I cleaned off the battery posts & clamps what could be wrong? I was thinking I should replace the battery clamps & cables but how much would that cost me?
 
Well if you have to jump it every time then the battery has a dead cell or more or there is a dead short and draining the battery.Have a load test done on the battery to see if it is good if it is good then you have a short draining the battery.
