my 2001 dodge grand caravan is going crazy.?

while driving my headlights started flashing and my horn started blowing would not stop I turned car off still would not stop. I don't no whats wrong.
I turned the alarm on then off and it still did not go off I just wounder if there is not a short in the wiring I don't have the money to take it to get looked at so I hoppe there is something I can do to fix it.
 
you probably hit the alarm button by accident,i do this all the time especially with after market alarms on a car its easy to do,just use the remote and cut it off,good luck.
 
red little switch size or ball point pen head driver side under dash - keys on push it sideways - you must have hit it while driving with leg - after market alarm
 
Sounds like you hit the panic button on your remote. I do it all the time. Just press it again and it will stop.
