My 2000 jeep wrangler sport has a leaky hard top, help!?

Is there a paint or sealant that would fix the roof? Its a 2000 hard top and when it rains it get rain drops and puddles in the vehicle. The top is somewhat faded too, its almost 9 years old, so is there a black paint that I could have sprayed on it that wouldn't break the bank? Thanks. :)
