My 2000 Honda misfires, any suggestions?

My 2000 Honda EX didnt pass smog due to cylinders 1 and 3 misfiring. I think that it might be the distributor-anyone have any suggestions????
 
i don't know if you've had a tun-up yet, but if not try to change the distributor cap and rotor,spark plugs and possibly the ignition wires if they're bad.
