starts in a few seconds.? After it starts, it seems to run fine. I've driven it like this and it hasn't stalled, yet. When it's idling in park, if I give it gas then let go of the accelerator, the rpms drop low like it wants to turn off. Sometimes it does turn off.

When is the last time the air filter was changed. If it is very dirty this could be the cause of your problem You may also have a bad or dirty mass air flow sensor and or throttle body. If you check out all that and you still have the same problem, then your starter must be replaced. I doubt it though considering that the starter would have nothing to do with your acceleration issues.
