my 2000 ford windstar wont start?

If you charge it for a couple of days you can get it to turn over then you can drive it and the van will run good for awhile then just out of the blue it wont turn over again, what is wrong wth it. We have replaced th fuel filter fuel pump and new battery
 
sounds electrical to me, most likely your alternator isn't charging your battery. easy way to tell is charge the battery, start your vehicle, then disconnect the negative cable from the battery, if your car dies the alternator is bad, if it continues to run it's good.
