my 2 year old toddler has been holding his wrist and saying it hurts, so i take it and squeeze it and move it around and he doesn't make a sound to indicate that it hurts, but sometimes when he is crying he holds it, or when he is just standing he will hold it and complain of pain, this has been going on for about 6 weeks now. it can't be fractured or a ligament damaged or dislocated could it?

Maybe you should take him to his doctor for a look. Take some x-rays to be sure that nothing is damaged. Better safe than sorry.

My 2 year old went through the same thing with his knee. The doctor told me it was just growing pains and sure enough, a few weeks later he shot up about 4 inches. That may not be the case here though. Does your Toddler like to crawl on his hands and knees? He could be straining it by doing that.

if it has been going on for 6 weeks and you squeeze it and move around than it cannot be a fracture

growing pain? for 6 weeks? unlikely

if it doesn't stop take him to the doctors
