What is wrong? My son is only 2. The first day he was sick he was vomiting all day, with fever. The next day was a slight fever with lighter vomiting and direa. Now it is the 4th day and he will not eat nearly as much as he should. He just threw up off of water. And the direa remains presesnt. Anyone have any ideas? is this just a simple flew and its almost over??
