My 2 golden retriever puppies won't eat milk formula from Mera Dog?

I have fed my puppies with a milk formula from Royal Canin, and it worked great. NO problems at all.
I started feeding them a milk formula from Mera Dog, and they eat very little and besides the nipple gets stucked very easily.

I have tried a homemade formula using sweetened powder milk (I can't find goat milk very easily here) and one egg yolk. They eat it, but they got diahrrea.

What should I do?

Should I try a homemade formula, until I find some goat milk? Or should I try dilute the Mera Dog milk?

Royal Canin is not available and is also quite expensive.
 
i had a puppy it was a jack russle and i would go with homemade my pup loved it but mabey if u give them the mera dog milk they might drink it because there is nothing to drink but that but still i would go with the homemade 1
