Yesterday, it started and made a? hissing sound while driving. When I switched off the ignition, it wouldn't stop running. Then after a few minutes, it stopped running and now it does not start. It must be an electrical problem. Any one with any ideas out there. Thanks for responding.
My 1999 Dodge Grand caravan w. 90k miles began occasionally not starting.
