C Choppy C New member Jul 10, 2009 #2 disconnect the fan and run 12 volts D.C. directly to it and see if it comes on.If it doesn't you need a new fan,if it does then maybe its a temp sensor,or a simple short in the wiring. [check all fuses first!]

F Fozzy New member Jul 10, 2009 #3 90c isn't that hot.Most fans don't kick in until temp gets close to 100.
