My 1998 Toyota Corolla burns way too much gas. HELP?!?

My Toyota Corolla recently started to burn wayy too much gas and its costing me alot. it has 195k miles on it and i recently took it for a full tune up, and that didnt help at all. By burning way to much gas, i mean 15 miles per gallon, when these models do 28 MPG! The tire pressure is OK, oil is OK. Also, the check engine light is on. Please help!
 
have it scanned and see what code made the engine light come on,the 0-2 sensors are probably bad on it that will make it drink a lot of gas,good luck.
