My 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee won't start. The engine turns but still nothing.?

If you have spark it is not the CPS. Sounds like problem with the fuel pump relay or wiring to the fuel pump. Check the pressure on the fuel rail. It should be over 40 psi.

See this post about one I recently dealt with:

The relays are all good, the ecu is new, the fuel pump is new, the engine is getting spark, but the fuel is not being delivered. I've been told that the crankshaft positing Sensor might need to be replaced. Any one had a problem like this.
