My 1996 honda jumps help me please?

I have a 1996 honda Lx and it jumps occasionally when Im driving
also my steering wheel seems to need aligning it that the problem and how much do it usually cost??

an alignment can cost anywhere from 60-100 dollars depending on where you have it done. plus if you neglected to have the alignment done for a while one of your tire if not both may need to be replaced so that is going to add on to the bill
