My 1996 Honda Accord won't start?

I live in MN so its freezing outside.

Car is not kept in the garage because it's full.

So the car won't start at all, no sounds, no turn over, etc. I checked if it was the battery, turned on the lights, music, horn also works. Battery is not the problem. Its not because the piston chambers are flooded with fuel, obviously because the engine doesn't do anything when I try to start it.

Now my dad and I think it may be the starter is ruined, or possibly the ignition, we're not sure.

Any thoughts?

Could still be battery. takes alot more juice to crank starter than it does to play the radio. If you can't jump start it, I would make sure that the engine will turn. Put wrench on crank pulley and see if it will turn. Frozen engines can cause liners to squeeze on pistons.

If the Engine does not turn over, then you have a starter problem. Try tapping or starter with a hammer and have someone else try to start it while you are hitting it. If this works, buy a new starter.
