My 1995 Toyota Corrola engine has a miss when idleing and when I first take off. ?

Once I get the speed up to about 50 to 60 m.p.h. It does fine. However when you are ideling it sounds horrible like it might die. I put fuel treatment in the car and am using Super Unleaded. Do you think it could be the fuel filter?
 
check yer spark plus ages ......distributor cap .......spark plug wires
remeber the age of your car and the fact that most cars this age have never had these parts replaced either
