The car won't start, it's turning over, we have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, it's not the battery, we've checked the gas, what could it be? we have also tried the relay switch and and sprayed starter fluid in the intake and still nothing! please help!

If it is turning over I'd say it is a fuel system problem.
Go to the link below by autozone and test your fuel pump.
Other than that thats all I can think of. I had the same problem with my corolla and it turned out to be the fuel pump. I replaced it and one day later it failed again and then I replaced the fuel filter and it ran great. Good Luck.

have you checked for spark and the fuel pressure? also check compression on cylinders. could be anything from clogged injector to bad distrubutor/coil. possibly even bad head or crank/cam sensor. you need to verify that it is a fuel issue and not an ignition issue.
