My 1994 ford mustang is viberating when im going 30+?

when im driving about 30 or more and turn the steering wheel slightly to the right i feel a bad vibration and hear i howling noise. i feel the vibration in the wheel and peddles. i just replaced the right wheel bearing and had a new fuel pump put on it. any ideas on what it could be?
 
The way I'de diagnose that one is put it on the rack up in the air and try to dupliate the problem.You need a lift whih you probably don't have.Ya just run it at speed in the air and listen with a stethoscope.There's so many things it could be only a fool would guess by trying to diagnose it long distance.
