When you say stuck I assume you have tried getting it out in just about avery way. I would guess the shifting forks are busted or bent. Being as old as it is there is not much if any value left in it. I would try selling it on ebay or craigs list and get yourself a new bike. Nows the time to get one since summer is winding down.
