battery has no power from trying to start it? i drove it today and when i tried to start it again it made a click noise and now none of my lights wont come on

Is there a battery light illuminated on your dash? If so, your alternator may be bad and not charging the battery.

you won,t have lights if the battery ran down. check the starter for a short. if it has a short it can drain the battery. does it show it,s charging on the dash? if it,s discharging then you need another alternator.
