...engine seems to rev up and down? I'll start it, and it runs and idles fine, but when I drive it, the engine seems to rev up and down. What could it be? I have put a new fuel filter, fuel pump, flywheel(cause it wouldn't start), spark plugs, oil, oil filter. The distributor was caked w/ corrosion, so I cleaned off the points. Should I buy a new cap? Would that make it do what its doing? Or is it the Throttle body injection needing rebuilt?
