...freeway pulling my boat. Why? My air conditioner and heater is not working as well could this be related to the same issue? I bought this truck off of someone 3 weeks ago so I do not know much about what has been done on this truck but I do know the tires are not factory they are 225 75R15's and I have been told this may contribute to the added weight on the vehicle causing it to overheat. Is this assumption too far fetched?
I have already replaced the thermostat and the truck's A/C and heater wasn't working prior to the truck overheating.
I did drive the truck the next day without the boat attached and it never overheated. Same time of day, just no boat attached. Shouldn't this type of truck be able to pull this type of bass boat without overheating it?
