1982 Toyota truck 2.4 L just got a new cherry bomb exhaust put on. It ran right after that fine. Then I came home the next morning i tried to start it and no luck. It putted for a while but never actually started. It has been close to dying at stoplights and been backfiring then. Also It has been taking excessively longer to get it started and no it doesn't start at all. I pulled the first two plugs and there was lots of oil on them. Is the problem the carborator? The spark plugs? The exhaust? Or what? Pleas Help.

you will need to change the valve seal as oil will get to the plugs after that if it is smoking you will need to change the rings

If, your spark plugs are in a tube like chamber from the valve cover, then the seals around the spark plug chambers are leaking under the cover. You will need to replace the valve cover gasket, and O rings around the spark plug chambers. If you pulled a spark plug, and the cylinder is saturated with oil internally, there's a good chance you need valve seals, or even piston rings.
If the plug wires are oil soaked, you'll need to replace those as well as they will short out closest to ground causing hard start, stall, and rough idle.
