My 18th birthday falls exactly on Election Day 2010. Will I be allowed to

register for that election? I have tried to find some answers but I can find nothing. Will I be allowed to register while still seventeen if I'll be 18 on Election Day?

I live in Pennsylvania if that makes a difference.
 
You should be allowed to register ahead of time like everyone else if you'll be 18 on election day.
 
I'm not sure for you. For south carolina, my daughter was told that she had to be 18 by the time the primary came around.
 
If you will be 18 on election day you will be allowed to register no matter the state.
