wants her boyfriend to stay over? My husband and I own a duplex. We live in the upstairs apartment and his brother and family rents the downstairs from us. Our 16 year old cusin is staying with them downstaris. She asked them if she could have her boyfriend stay the night and they said yes. When she told me, asked her if this was cleared with her grandmother(who has legal custody of her) she said no. I in return said someone needs to clear it with her grandmother or I will. I am know if this is allowed to occur and the grandmother finds out I will be held accoutable because I knew and did nothing. My question is should I butt out? I mean she is not staying with me right. Or did I do the right thing? I spoke with my sister-in-law and she was slightly receptive but not really. I am just shoked that they would allow this. What should I do?
