...whines constantly. she gets aspirin and j? oint med. She has a hard mass like feel on her left innerds just above her soft belly in front of her hind leg that seems to have gotten bigger. We took her to the vet and he told my husband it's nothing. She doesn't seem to know what she wants and we don't know how to help her. We are taking turns sleeping downstairs because she wants to go often but just sits there or wants to come back in.
 
You should take her back to your vet. she is old, and no one can give you a proper diagnoses without actually looking at her. see if their is something else you can give her, llike a small treat, before taking her outside, or give her an asprin before bedtime. if her joint meds arent NSAID (anti-inflammatories) maybe you should try something like that. most of all, love your pup
