my 13 month old has been crying and whining off and on for a week....what do I do?

He is not hungry or dirty and I would try a lavender bath but he hates baths. I am about to go crazy and he is also annoying my 2yo who screams when the 1yo doesnt quit after 30 minutes. I tried giving him tylenol, teething tablets, and orajel in case in was from teething but its been an hour and he is still screaming and whining....help any and all suggestions are welcome

oh i even tried putting him in his crib "to let him cry it out" and well no still crying....please help
 
i have an 11year old daughter and i went through the same thing you going through and so i understand you very well. it could be he's collic, i'd try changing the milk or formula that u are giving to him, or try rubbing his stomach he probably has gas, usually it takes time for them to let them out, u can also buy mylicon over the counter a drop or two in the juice or in any drink he likes.also touch and feel with your fingers around his body (legs, arms ect.) and see if something is bothering him. if that doesn't work then i suggest bringing him to the dr. and have them check him completly. Just have patience he'll be fine
 
first u put him on ur lap, give him hug for some time after that let him to play. may be he has a stomuch problem or any pain in his body.thats why he is crying a lot.
