My 10 year old son is complaining of pain in his chest,stomach and abdomen area?!?

Its 10:40 and i am thinking about taking him to the ER because he came into my room screaming and crying and told me his whole chest,stomach and abdomen area was hurting him really bad. I have been switching between ibuprofen and Tylenol but it dose not seem to work. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
i would take him...ive had really bad pain in those areas and they said it might be my appendix...im not joking right now but see if he can jump and if he can its not his appendix and if he cant it might be but anyways id take him.
 
i would take him just to make sure.. his appendix could have broke... i cant find a better word.. popped, exploded.... TAKE HIM TO THE ER
 
If he usually doesn't carry on like this over minor things... It could be his appendix is infected or ruptured.... so go to the ER. Or it could just be gas pain. You know your son and how he reacts to pain if he is in that much pain I would probably take him to the ER. My husbands appendix ruptured and he was having the same type of pain. I would say take his temp. but if you have been giving him tylenol and ibuprofen that would not be accurate..
