check your steering linkages and components
check your wheel bearings
if you can jack up the area concerned and grab the tyre from both edges (left and right) and (up and down) and wiggle the tyre if there is movement your wheel bearings are stuffed

...title.....? I purchased an '06 4wd 4 door Tacoma that had been in a wreck. It was hit on the drivers side front tire. I got a good deal and had it fixed. The frame was slightly bent but professionally fixed and straightened.
I still need to get the alignment done but when I hit 60 mph or faster, there is a very slight vibration on the drivers front wheel where it was hit. It's not a constant vibration, but more like a consistant rythm, it vibrates for about 2 seconds and then stops for 2 seconds vibrates for 2, stops for 2....(Again, a VERY slight vibration that I can kind of feel in the floor of the truck but it drives me crazy. Any ideas what it could be? PLEASE HELP!
