my 03 ford ranger check engin light is still on after i changed the oil?

i changed the oil and both filters, oil and air. it is on a 2.3L 16valve moter what did i miss or what could it be

Now a days 90% of problems with computerized cars are the computer components. Probably a sensor. I have the same problem and when I checked and saw no problem I ignored it 'cause I figured it was the sensor. I also have one out in my 18 wheeler that I ignore.
