I took out the stock stereo and replaced it w/ a Alpine CDE-102 today and bought the correct harness and kit. I attached all the corresponding audio cables to their match as well as every other connection match possible.
I (reconnected the battery) turned on the car, and display worked!, found radio stations, played my cd, all the knobs worked, etc. but it wouldnt put out audio (sounds).
There ARE a few cords leading from the eclipse TO the (new and old) stereo that do not have a connection. BUT, none of these wires are for the speakers or power (as far as I know). And like I said, the harness hooked up well and that is where it color coordinated my speaker hook ups, and I did that perfectly.
Soo Im not sure where to go from here or what to do.
Cuz as I said, there are some cables that go from my car to the new stereo that dont have any place to connect them.
So what can i do!?
~Thanks!
