My 03 chevy cavalier sometimes makes a cracking or popping sound when i turn.

Any suggestions? It's usually just a single cracking/popping sound while in a turn. CV joint was checked and has no cracks in it. Any other suggestions?

If it has ball joints, I would say that that is it.
