Look, I have MW2 in spanish, through Steam. Today, I tried to change it to English but it said it was updating and started loading from 0%. Later, when I came back, MW2 Multiplayer was 97% updated
and Single Player was at 37%. When Multiplayer ended, I started the game, but a sign appeared telling me the following:
Couldn't find from .txt.
Make sure that Modern Warfare 2 is launching from the correct folder.
I tried to fix it, doing this:
Right click into MW2>Properties>Local Files>Verify game Cache integrity
There, I found out that 121 files couldn't be scanned, and where going to be purchased again.
It ended loading fast, but when I started MW2 Steam stopped working and I had to close the window.
WHAT HAPPENED? HOW CAN I FIX IT?
